Los Angeles, CA, July 21, 2022— On the heels of recently expanding distribution operations into Chicago, tent and event industry leader Shelter Structures America today announced the hiring of Douglas Crowe as an executive account and sales manager leading outside sales for the company. Crowe is a notable name in the event industry offering more than 20 years of sales and c-level executive experience.
“Doug’s proficiencies in the event rental industry alongside his strong history of supply chain operations, product development and global importing make him a valuable asset to the Shelter team,” said Bobby Braun, general manager of Allura Event Furniture, a subsidiary of Shelter Structures America.
Crowe will be developing and implementing overall sales and client management strategies across all Shelter platforms with a special focus on Shelter’s new event furniture division within Allura Event Furniture.

Prior to joining Shelter Structures, Crowe held various executive positions including director of sales and chief operating officer with prominent companies in the event industry.
